It's nearby the train station. The have a free shuttle that takes you from and to the hotel. If you don't have to call them, just go to the information center and they will call them to get you. We stayed at the japanese style room. The futon was comfortable. It had a great view of the lake. The breakfast has a lot of optiona and it is delicious. The offer a special dinner that is amazing. The private onsen was clean. The staff is very kind and they alway have at least one that speak english.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

The hotel is a boutique hotel so not many rooms. The location is at residential area so it’s very quiet, however still close to convenient stores (7Eleven & Family Mart).

We could not ask for a better place to stay while we were visiting Mount Fuji. The shed itself is a masterpiece and it is in a beautiful and quite area. Of course the '64 Shelby with no. 75 in the living room / garage is an absolute plus to the whole experience, but the favourite part of our stay was how our friendly host, Yoshi welcomed us and shared the whole story behind this amazing place. We hope to get back soon to visit again!

I like there is a free snack bar when we checked in. the manga cafe is really awesome. The buffet was also very good, the quality is just right and feels like home cooking. the private onsen in our room is also perfect.

I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! The staff were kind, spoke good English, and were always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.
