Perfect location next to the ropeline station with beautiful nature views! Japanese cleanliness! Breakfast and dinner buffet really ritch and tasty, some western options as well for people with no preferance to Asian cuisine. Staff polite and helpful. Onsen area was really nice. The shop near the lobby was useful Beautiful footbath area, enjoying an icecream there was a highlight with the view while soaking my feet after breakfast was a highlight

wonderful experience, really classy hotel, you feel like in a movie. the shuttle service from the station is perfect. we had a room with a balcony onsen which is just amazing and then the shared onsen is also beautiful. Huge beds. exceptional breakfast and dinner. staff really nice, everything done in great taste to make the stay perfect
