I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! The staff were kind, spoke good English, and were always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. This hotel experience is phenomenal! The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very attentive and very polite. The location is great if you want to explore mount Fuji with less crowd as the hotel is located in the residential area so less touristy compare to a lot of places around. Overall 10/10. Would love come back again soon.
