The staff was very nice. At our arrival, the receptionist responded kindly to our demand and found a bigger room for us, farther from the street, at only very moderate surcharge. In the breakfast room, Angela was extremely nice, fulfilled every our wish, for instance, on our request she changed immediately the omnipresent "lounge music" (that we found quite dull) to music corresponding to our wish. The windows of our room were completely sound-proof so that no noise from the street could be heard. The breakfast was very rich. The reception was very helpful with advice about possibilities to make trips, booking a taxi etc.

The place is very nice. It's located in the small mediaeval township with fantastic views from both the bedroom and the living room. The history, the splendor of views and the welcoming people of the town won't leave you disappointed. The name of the place tells it all.
