This is a 4 star hotel that is managed and maintained better than many 5 star hotels, we have stayed at. Great value, exceptional service and well trained and natural serving staff. Breakfast was amazing. We're both vegetarian and it was great to be offered vegetarian sausages, omelette and avocado on toast. It was a little bit too far to walk into Tralee, but we knew this when we booked it, and as we went out in the car every day to other towns, it wasn't a big deal. The pool and the jacuzzi were most welcome after a day's sightseeing. All the staff were incredible.

It was very clean, the stuff was very very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good, the hotel and the rooms very nice decorated, the place was magical, the view from the room was astonishing. It was really Irish countryside. It was like a fairytale. Thank you!
