The people at the Sheraton were friendly and eager to help, we loved the pools and the ocean front view. although the hotel is older and some of the facilities especially the rooms need and upgrade, it was still very clean and we had and amazing time here.

Really liked the hotel, better than the pictures. We considered the option to be wild and not crowded. The villas are surrounded by wild plants and palm trees, liked the location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are equipped so that you feel alone in the villa. Lovely pool near reception and in the villa itself. Good breakfast of both European and Chinese cuisine. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Even with language barrier always try to help, through translator. The hotel exceeded expectations, great view and walk to the room for lovers of Asian wildlife. Will definitely visit you again, thank you.

Very cosy and relaxing! Excellent breakfast choices everyday all staff welcoming and friendly. breakfast waiters one in particular made our stay extra special he always had a smile on his face and looked like he enjoyed working their. Great accomodation in perfect location in Yalong Bay. We stayed at villa with own swimming pool and it was really beautiful. Big, clean, cozy and home-feeling villa. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Especially our butler Cici - thank you very much for all your help. We totally recommend 😎
