I've been to 6 hotels during this trip and Arenas resort was definately the best of them. Clean. Super comfy beds, warm room despite the cold weather in Wengen. Great view from the hotel room. Great breakfast.

My family stayed for four nights. Unfortunately, I got sick on the first night and was in bed for the three days of our stay. I can tell you the beds were extremely comfortable- even after all that time! The kitchen was perfect when we couldn’t go out. I felt like it was my home by the time we left. I have stayed on so many 5 stars hotel all over the world, and only two can compare with this experience. What this family do is on a very high level. To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.
