The communication with the owner was great. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The attention to details in the interior design and the quality of the appliances and of the furniture, have been appreciated as well. The neighborhood is new and close to the airport. A diversity of stores and restaurants and coffee shops are at a 2-10 min walk. We will choose the same location for our next visit if available.

For anybody visiting Bosnia for the first time, it is about 15 minutes drive into the city, but ideally located to avoid inner city congestion. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as very responsive for any of your needs. I would recommend to hire a car as the property has fantastic parking available. There is also a Full café with a broad menu underneath the building, and two supermarkets very close. There are three cash points within hundred yards, Pharmacy, post office, and two bakeries. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend.

The apartment is simple and nice, very clean and spacious, with everything you need for a short (or even a longer) stay. It is the perfect place if you have to get on a bus from Sarajevo East station in the morning... you are literally 30 seconds walk from the bus! Downstairs there's a bakery and little shops to pick up your necessities before a ride. And at walking distance (about 400m) you can hop on the city bus 'troley' in direction of Trg Austrije to get to the downtown. The host is very kind and communicative, and waited for me even if I checked in later at 10pm. Overall is really recommended, I would absolutely stay there again.

Boravio sam u Apartmanu Irma i sve je bilo izvanredno! Apartman je savršeno lociran – samo 4 minute hoda od Baščaršije, što mi je omogućilo da u potpunosti doživim srce starog Sarajeva. Ono što me je posebno oduševilo jeste privatni parking koji ispred objekta , što je prava rijetkost u Sarajevu gdje se parking inače naplaćuje oko 3 KM po satu. Apartman je bio vrlo čist, udoban i imao je sve što je bilo potrebno. Domaćini su me dočekali s osmijehom i bili su izuzetno gostoljubivi i spremni pomoći u svemu. Hvala im puno na toplini i srdačnosti! Definitivno preporučujemo Apartman Irma svima koji žele savršeno iskustvo boravka u Sarajevu.

First and foremost, we really appreciated the service. Of course, this is a private accommodation, so it cannot be compared to a hotel room, because in a private accommodation you are usually more independent. However, the host was very warm, attentive, and genuinely interested. Both he and his colleagues from the café across from the apartment regularly asked if we needed anything and if everything was alright — and for that, we definitely want to sincerely thank them again! He also organized our transfer from and to the airport, which made things a lot easier for us. A parking space was also available, and it was reserved for us. You could tell that he was very well organized, always in contact with everyone involved, and truly tried to create the best experience for his guests in every way. The accommodation was clean when we arrived and had been properly prepared. The furniture and everything around it seemed to have been recently renewed, and you could definitely see that. The interior was very beautiful, and above all, the modern and cozy style made us feel right at home. We stayed five days at this accommodation, and, for example, towels were provided in abundance, so we never had to ask for more. Often, this is an area where hosts tend to save, but here, we definitely did not have that feeling. The location is also very central — within just a few seconds, you are right in the heart of the neighborhood. Comfort was great, the location was great, and the staff was extremely kind.
