I have enjoyed my stay a lot !)A human factor works perfectly well in any case.They were so kind and helpful .You can pay by card which makes it even more comfortable.The receptionists asked me non stop if l was fine and if l slept well.It was so touching .If you travel by car ,there is a safe parking under the hotel itself but space is limited ,so it’s better to warm them you will need it .As the street is very busy because the hotel is located next to the old bazaar ,the staff helped me to park in and out .The room itself is not big but very clean and comfortable.You have everything you need .They also provide with two bottles of still water for free .The bed and especially the pillow were so nice to sleep on .I had a wonderful night sleep .And what is also very important,they kept the room really warm .There was a lovely balcony overlooking the castle and a breathtaking valley .Breakfast was included and it starts at 7.30 am ,so you have enough time to plan your time in Kruja.The food was sufficient and delicious .I am sincerely thankful to all the staff who did their best to make my stay in their hotel unforgettable!

Location, hospitality and authenticity

Amazing Hotel with high quality service and hospitality ~ I really enjoy staying here , the receptionists males and females are so friendly and professionally ~ very nice and friendly ! Breakfast is so delicious ! The house keeping also clean so well~ I love the spa facilities ~ big swimming pool , big jacuzzi ~ sauna and steam room ! You can take bus to city on the Conner ~ so convenient ! You can go to supermarket casa Italia !

Location was excellent. Less than 5 mins walk to Tirana's airport. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast has many variety. Will stay again.

Everything was as the host had described, cleanliness, quietness, maximum comfort, free parking space, close to the center. The host was very kind and available all the time.

Nice place,thats a little far on the center but if u take the bus (11) u will arrive in like 10 min,the place is in the middle to center and dajti ekspres so thats good

Before our arrival, we received a clear and detailed PDF guide with all the necessary information. The keys were ready both by the elevator and at the apartment door. When we requested an extra set of keys, they were provided immediately. Communication with the host was exceptional – all our questions and requests were handled quickly and efficiently, entirely online, without the need to schedule a meeting. Truly a five-star experience in terms of service.
