The Manager Mr Jham is the best manager I have ever met in a Hotel!so professional! taking care of his guests like no one, taking care of every detail of our stay! for instance as he knew my daughter was gluten free, he took care of every lunch, breakfast and dinner for her.

Everything was so nice. From staff to cleanness to the facilities, just everything. I also liked how the had both separate shower and separate bathtub! Wish all hotels did that!

The receptionist employees were very welcoming and optimistic, All the staff were professional.

Lovely small hotel in Al Ain I was pleased with the fact that the receptionist spoke my language, it's awesome as they have staff from several countries. Nice little touch. The room was quite big and had a good quality TV as well as space to work and study It's a 5 minutes walk from bus stops to city center and elsewhere, as well as the Al Ain shopping mall

Very good hotel, despite being old, however, my entire stay was wonderful, and cleanliness excellent. There was an employee who gave me excellent service at dinner, I can't remember her name for sure, But it was something like "Kai", a short woman who was very helpful about everything.
